Level 1: Job Seeker
Entry Level Job Seekers touch on the critical skills needed prior to attending job related activities, such as: A traditional interview, a digital or webcam interview, a job fair or an important introduction. Courses allow users to explore different components required for a “professional make-over” which include attending a networking event, Handing over a portfolio or discuss goals with people you don’t know |
Level 2: Mid-level
Mid-level staff have the opportunity to learn about how to stretch their own professional skills. Courses will cover the principles of team work, time management, stretching knowledge and customer service. Appropriate for anyone seeking to invest a few short minutes to impact their daily production and impact at work. |
Level 3: Supervisor
Supervisors and Managers select from courses that will provide the further development of their management skills, whether users are new to the role of manager, or if they are very seasoned. Selections include: Taking a Giant Leap Forward; Out of Time, Again!; That’s Not what I Meant to Say and My Employees are My Customers |
Level 4: Community Footprint
What's important to your local area, organization or community? Your staff will collaborate with our 5 Minute team of professionals to determine how your priorities fit in to the 5 Minute approach. Together, we will select local leaders and prominent individuals to train on something beneficial to your membership base. |
